One of the hardest working people we know, Cecil Richards, Jr. embodies the work ethic of the people of McCurtain County. Cecil has been cutting hair in the county for over a decade and is one of the people you have to ask, "a.m. or p.m.?" when scheduling (he's cut my hair at 3:30am and 8:30pm.) This soap is our attempt to have you feeling as fresh as you do when you walk out of Cecil's Divine Connection Barber Shop.
